I have been supporting TOTALLY SHREDDED since the early days before it went into the big Fitness Events. I grew up listening to Drum and Bass music and working within the fitness industry! when i see this class i knew I had to teach it. After spending many years as a National level Swimmer and being trained by some of the top Coaches around the uk. I have the knowledge to give you the most amazing fitness class experience. I believe working hard and having fun at the same time is the best way to keep you motivated. I have been teaching local H.I.I.T Classes for the past year and a half and currently in my second year as a TOTALLY SHREDDED Instructor. I currently teach in different areas around South London.


Lisa Dryden

I currently live in Newcastle-Upon-Tyne. I love DNB music and that’s why I teach Totally Shredded. I love to get up and have a boogie lol . I am currently doing a Personal training course too.


Sara Petit

I’ve been teaching Totally Shredded since October 2016. I decided to attend the training course after seeing clips of Deans Totally Shredded classes on Facebook. Its’ during the Instructors Course that I totally fell in love with this program; the music, the concept, the total ease of preparing and running classes and the amazing feeling to share this with others. It’s simply the best!

I currently teach Totally Shredded at the following venues:
Monday – 6pm Leatherhead Leisure Centre, Guildford Road, Leatherhead, KT22 9BL.
Thursday – 6:20pm Hype Fitness, 78-82 Lind Road, Sutton, SM1 4PL

Qualified in the fitness industry 25 years plus. I’ve been instructing other programs (Body combat & Body pump) for approx 10-15 years. Continued to update knowledge on a yearly basis. I’m new to Totally Shredded as an instructor, I am looking forward grow into a confident, powerful, great instructor in this program. I have the desire after some time to become a presenter to!!

Kelly Root

I trained in OCR Level 2 in Teaching Exercise and Fitness in 2001. Since that date I have run classes in the local Ipswich & Kesgrave area in Aerobics, HiiT, Kettlebell and Fitness Pilates. In July 2017 I trained with Dean Heitman to teach Totally Shredded and have been running 3 classes weekly since September 2017. I love teaching Totally Shredded as it’s such a great class to get people feeling good, having fun and interacting with different people whilst giving them a great full body workout. I’m a massive lover of Drum & Bass music and this is what people love. I also love that it’s a class for anyone, so from all different ages and different fitness levels that get together and have an awesome time whilst working out.


Mariola Pisarkiewicz

I have been in fitness industry only few years and most of time have been training clients on the gym base but always strike for summit more prodigious. I loved every moment of my Totally Shredded and Padfit Trainings, and I am exciting to develop in totally different direction now. I always try to get as much fun in my classes as possible. You spend 50 minutes shredding your body but the efforts and effects after are all yours. I lost 2 dress sizes and got myself into great shape without strict diet, only by totally shredded workouts.

Emma Taylor

I teach Totally Shredded and Padfit in my local town of Sheringham, Norfolk, where I also work as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer. I love to see people enjoying their workout but also help them challange themselves so they can see what they are capable of. Having fun and getting fit is what it’s all about, add some great music and you’re only one workout away from a great mood.


 Bev Walrond

Have been a fitness instructor for many years & teach a wide variety of classes from slow & steady stretching classes to HIIT. Totally Shredded was introduced to me by a colleague and once I completed the instructor training, I was hooked!! The energy & DNB music during the class just keeps you going! My first TS class had 4 people attend…. the second week, the class was fully booked! The class love the DNB (takes them back to their clubbing days) & I have an age range 18 to 50+

I currently teach at William Penn Leisure Centre, Shepherds Lane, Rickmansworth, WD3 8JN on Tuesday mornings 8.50am & will soon be launching another class privately, and another at The Centre (Leisure Centre) in South Oxhey!
